The Icelandic Roads Administration has changed the speed limit over a small section of the road used in RS-10, which we have taken into account, resulting in the need to publish a new table of average speeds.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, where a gate was closed upon arrival of the competitors, RS-4 has been shortened, ending at line 30 in the roadbook.

On page 55, line 93 the Distance and Partial in the Leg 1 roadbook are wrong. The Distance should read 44,95 km and the Partial should read 0,21 km. Please be guided accordingly.
The Distance / Time Tables provided by the organisers have taken this into account.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Drivers’ meeting has been moved to the offices of the Scouts of Iceland headquarters at Hraunbær 123, 110 Reykjavik. The GPS co-ordinates are 64.117813, -21.794543. The walking distance from the Scouts to Parc Fermé is around 440m.

A “common” roadbook has been prepared. In it we have included things about what units of measure are used in the roadbook, measurement style, the use of lines in the tables as well as the location of the prize presentation dinner. There are also directions to the measured distance, both the one maintained by the government and then one set out by the organisers.
