The status has not changed all that much. The lava seems to be going around the town of Grindavík and seems to have slowed down towards the Blue Lagoon.
The most significant change from earlier is when the fissure extended to the south it hit a pocket of ground water / seawater which results in smoke and dust coming up. Quite spectacular but expected to stop as the eruption “matures”.
There are several live cams that cover the event. Currently this one is quite good as it seems the geologists are using it to look at different things, zooming and panning. Most of the smoke visible is due to grass / moss burning.
